100 Things I'm Thankful For in 2017

First post in 2018 and let me wish you a happy new year 2018! May your upcoming journey will be a wonderful one!


And I finally made out a list for things I'm grateful for and often be taken for granted throughout 2017. Took me some time to finally make it to be 100. Just want to share it, hopefully it could remind you (and of course me) of some great things you probably missed and went unnoticed. So here is a list of 100 things that I am thankful for in 2017 (in no particular order):

1. Knowing that Jesus loves me unconditionally
2. The fact that I'm still breathing 
3. Family that are still healthy
4. Quality time with my sister 
5. Having a steady job & a wonderful mentor 
6. Ticking items off my to-do-list
7. Making another lists
8. Not having any meeting on Fridays (which becomes very rare nowadays)
9. Having a deep and meaningful conversations
10. Spending time with the gang after Sunday church (you know who you are *wink*)
11. Christmas lights & decorations
12. Friday's movie nights
13. Taking a long and hot shower after work
14. Falling asleep to rain storms
15. The products from my wish list are on sale
16. Receive a greeting card with handwritten notes
17. Getting a (nice) haircut
18. Buy 1 get 1 promo from Starbucks
19. Taking good pictures
20. A sudden (and memorable) diving trip
21. Walking in a winter night in all the city lights
22. Package arrives earlier than expected
23. Pretty sunsets
24. Encouraging words from strangers
25. Find a parking spot right away
26. INTERNET! 
27. Motivational quotes found in Pinterest
28. A barista who spells your name right
29. A good night's rest (literally)
30. Getting a good & relaxing massage
31. Making itineraries
32. Free shuttle bus to my workplace provided by the company
34. Spotify
35. Canceled unwanted plans (thank God)
36. 2 packs of Indomie goreng and a half-boiled egg
37. Driving at night with no traffic while listening to some jazz music
38. Movies you never get tired of watching
39. The feeling of finally being home
40. When looking at old couple still holding hands
41. Cheesy pick-up lines (I do still fall for it no matter what he he he)
42. Shrinking acne
43. When people tell me I'm losing weight (which I am not)
44. People who carve out their time to meet up
45. Meeting new people

47. My favorite song comes on the radio at the perfect moment

66. The convenience of online shopping

69. Falling asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow (which surprisingly considered not good)

71. Having a chance to take my mom to a nice salon and getting her pampered (she's lovin' it)
72. Mid-year sale & year-end sale

74. The feeling of finally paying my bills off (hehehehe)

93. The opportunity to travel to new places

96. People who share the same "korean obsession" like I do (muahahahaha)
97. Clean mailbox
98. Friends who are just like a family to me
99. Bad days, so I can appreciate the good ones
100. The chance to become who I truly am, not everyone gets a shot to do this.
